BOGOTA, COLOMBIA (Ana Sanches, Energy Analytics Institute, 28.Aug.2025, Words: 120) — Refineries owned by state-owned Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), and more importantly, still operable, produced combined gasoline and diesel volumes that averaged 156,200 barrels per day (b/d) in May 2025.
This latest figure (comprising 108,200 b/d of gasoline and 48,000 b/d of diesel) is up compared to the yearly averages reported between 2021-2024, according to PDVSA data seen by Energy Analytics Institute (EAI).
