HOUSTON, TEXAS (By Editors at Energy Analytics Institute, 20.Aug.2025, Words: 89) — Today, Petrobras will make the first installment payment of shareholder remuneration relating to the balance sheet of 31 Mar. 2025.
The gross amount to be distributed, entirely in the form of interest on equity, corresponds to R$ 0.45458310 per common and preferred share.

For shareholders with custody in B3, the payment will be done by deposit brokers, Petrobras announced on 20 Aug. 2025 in an official statement.
