PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 13.Mar.2025) — New Wave Offshore Energy has been selected to conduct the Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) for ExxonMobil Guyana‘s $12.7bn Whiptail development in the Stabroek block offshore Guyana.
The MWS contract encompasses risk management and safety oversight support for the project, which is ExxonMobil’s sixth in a series of Stabroek developments, New Wave Offshore announced on 13 Mar. 2025 in an official statement.
The MWS marks a significant milestone in New Wave Offshore’s expanding services, the company said.
