Zachry Gets Court Approval for Restructuring Plan

HOUSTON, TEXAS (Ian Silverman, Energy Analytics Institute, 26.Feb.2025) — Zachry Holdings, Inc. (ZHI) said the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas confirmed the company’s reorganization plan.

As a result, Zachry looks to successfully complete its restructuring and emerge from the court-supervised process in coming weeks, the company said on 26 Feb. 2025 in an official statement.

Under the terms of the plan, all vendors and suppliers will be paid in full, Zachry said.

“We initiated this process to resolve issues related to the Golden Pass LNG export terminal project, and with the court’s approval of our plan, we are ready to close this chapter and move forward,” ZHI chairman and CEO John B. Zachry said in the statement.

“As we look to the rest of 2025 and beyond, Zachry remains committed to our traditional business values, which have served us well for over 100 years. We are excited about the growth opportunities we see ahead and look forward to a bright future,” Zachry said.
