(Energy Analytics Institute, 31.Oct.2024) — Brazil’s state-owned Petrobras reported total hydrocarbon production of 2,689 Mboe/d in the third quarter 2024 (3Q:24), down 0.8% sequentially compared to the 2Q:24 and down 7.9% compared the 3Q:23.

Importantly, Petrobras was forced to rely on increased LNG imports amid drought conditions in Brazil.
