(Energy Analytics Institute, 30.Oct.2024) — JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. expects its annual production capacity for mono wafer, solar cell and solar module to reach 120.0 GW, 95.0 GW and 130.0 GW, respectively, by year-end 2024, the company announced 30 Oct. 2024 in its 3Q:24 financial and operational statement.
Additionally, as of 30 Oct., the Chinese company also revealed it has repurchased a total of 5,596,739 ADSs in an aggregate amount of approximately $134.5mn in the open market under its share repurchase program announced in Jul. 2022 and the extended share repurchase program announced in Dec. 2023.
Also as of the same date, JinkoSolar said that approximately $65.5mn of it ordinary shares represented by the ADSs under the extended share repurchase program had not been utilized.
