BW Offshore Limited said w/ effective from 22 July 2022 that Pemex has assumed the ownership and operation of the YÙUM K’AK’NÁAB floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) unit in accordance w/ terms of the 15-yr FPSO financial lease contract that commenced in 2007. Following the transfer, BW Offshore has no obligation to provide further operational services to Pemex, the co. revealed 24 July in an official stmt.
