— Acipet denounces the kidnapping of engineer Diego Fernando Lozano in Norte de Santander Bogotá 14 Jan. 2022. On late 13 Jan. the worker was kidnapped by armed men in Tibú, Norte from Santander. Lozano works w/ contracting company Consultec at Ecopetrol‘s Tibú 888K well, Acipet said over Instagram.
