— High temperatures and high energy demand are expected on 14 Jan. 2022, Argentina’s Energy Secretariat Darío Martínez announced over Instagram. “Let’s use energy rationally, we need the commitment of everyone and the large users to reduce demand during peak hours,” he said.
Colombia
— Acipet denounces the kidnapping of engineer Diego Fernando Lozano in Norte de Santander Bogotá 14 Jan. 2022. On late 13 Jan. the worker was kidnapped by armed men in Tibú, Norte from Santander. Lozano works w/ contracting company Consultec at Ecopetrol‘s Tibú 888K well, Acipet said over Instagram.
