(Petrobras, 12.Mar.2021) — Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. or Petrobras, regarding the piece of news in the media, clarifies that the members of the Executive Board and the CEO are committed to fulfilling their terms, which end on 20 March 2021.
As per art. 150, § 4, of Law 6.404/76, after this date, the terms of office will be automatically extended until the company’s Board of Directors deliberates on the election of the CEO and Executive Officers.
