(Energy Analytics Institute, 18.Dec.2020) — The ANP Board approved on 17 December 2020 a resolution to maintain temporary safety measures and protocols to deal with the emergency that has arisen from the Covid-19 pandemic, the agency said in an official statement.
The new regulation will establish deadlines and procedures to be adopted by agents engaging in activities related to exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas, after the expiration of ANP Resolution 816/2020, which was extended for 90 days.
