(Energy Analytics Institute, 9.Nov.2020) — Bolivia’s President Luis Arce Catacora appointed Franklin Molina Ortiz as the country’s new Hydrocarbons and Energy Minister.
Molina is a native of Santa Cruz and an energy sector consultant. He studied Economics at the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno (UAGRM) in Santa Cruz and has completed postgraduate courses in Bolivia and Chile related to public management, administration, financial management and business management.
