(Energy Analytics Institute, 7.Oct.2020) — Pursuant to the regulations of the National Securities Commission or the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the terms of Article 73 of Law No. 26,831, Argentina’s state oil company YPF SA released its audit committee report, which is available to shareholders at the registered office of Buenos Aires-based company.
The report reveals an opinion relating to the addendum to the Firm Transportation Service Agreement -dated 1 September 2016- with Gasoducto del Pacífico Argentina SA, concluding terms and conditions thereof are in accordance with normal and usual market standards for agreements entered into for similar operations between independent parties, YPF Market Relations Officer Santiago Wesenack announced 7 October 2020 in a company Form 6-K filing.
