(Energy Analytics Institute, Piero Stewart, 29.May.2020) — The Iranian tanker Faxon, the fourth of a flotilla of five, docked at the Guaraguao refining complex in Anzoátegui state in Eastern Venezuela, according to details in a tweet posted by Venezuelan National Guard.
