(Energy Analytics Institute, Ian Silverman, 1.Jan.2020) — South America’s Guyana, in preparation for elections to be held by the end of the first quarter of 2020, has opened calls for local and domestic observer groups.
The initiative is “in order to enhance transparency, credibility and impartiality of General and Regional Elections to be held in Guyana on March 2, 2020,” Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) said in an official statement on its website.
