(Energy Analytics Institute, Piero Stewart, 18.Dec.2019) — Venezuela’s state oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) carried out major maintenance at the 100-megawatt turbo combustion generator at the Termobarrancas Electric Generation Plant, located in the Obispos municipality of Barinas state.
PDVSA also incorporated the 30-megawatt Santa Inés Plant located in the Barinas municipality, the state oil company announced 18 Dec. in an official statement.
