Other cities in Guanajuato state affected by the shortages of gasoline include: Alto, Apaseo el Grande, Celaya, Comonfort, San Miguel de Allende, León, Dolores Hidalgo, San Luis de la Paz, Pénjamo, and Acámbaro, according to El Financiero.
