(Energy Analytics Institute, Aaron Simonsky, 28.Dec.2018) — Argentina’s Ministry of Finance announced appointment of Gustavo Lopetegui as the country’s new Energy Secretary.
Lopetegui replaces Javier Iguacel, who resigned, Argentina’s Energy Secretariat reported in an official statement.
“For reasons that I explained to the president, I’ve resigned the office of Secretary of Energy, making myself available to continue accompanying the transformation carried forward,” wrote Iguacel in a twitter post. “The task to build a united, honest and fair country is titanic. It requires passion and perseverance.”
