Argentina Appoints Gustavo Lopetegui As New Energy Secretary

Lopetegui replaces Javier Iguacel, who resigned, Argentina’s Energy Secretariat reported in an official statement.

“For reasons that I explained to the president, I’ve resigned the office of Secretary of Energy, making myself available to continue accompanying the transformation carried forward,” wrote Iguacel in a twitter post. “The task to build a united, honest and fair country is titanic. It requires passion and perseverance.”
