CARACAS, VENEZUELA (By Piero Stewart, Editores Latin Petroleum, 21.Sep.2026, Words: 128) — Oil services company Halliburton announced the signing of memoranda of understanding (MOU) with the Brazilian corporation Eneva and the Venezuelan company Wesca.
The objective of the MOU is to boost development of the Venezuelan energy sector, El Carabobeño reported on 21 Sep. 2026.
