During his participation at the Twentieth Mexican Petroleum Congress (CMP) 2026, Carpio Fragoso delivered a plenary address in which he shared the Mexico City-based company’s strategic vision based on the principle of energy justice, implemented, he said, by Mexico’s president Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo from day 1 of her sexenio or 6-year adminstration.
