MONTERREY, MEXICO (By Isaac Silvestre, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Feb.2026, Words: 291) — Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) and the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec (CIIT) entered into a general collaboration agreement in order to articulate the country’s energy infrastructure with the Isthmus’ interoceanic logistics platform.
In doing so, both parties hope to establish a hub for industrial, railway, and port infrastructure development with a vision of sovereignty and global competitiveness.
