SALVADOR DE BAHIA, BRAZIL (By Pedro Silva, Energy Analytics Institute, 6.Feb.2026, Words: 170) — Petrobras received R$ 1.65bn from its partners in the Sépia and Atapu fields: TotalEnergies EP Brasil Ltda (28% WI), PETRONAS Petróleo Brasil Ltda (21% WI), and QatarEnergy Brasil Ltda (21% WI) in Sépia; and Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda (25% WI) and TotalEnergies EP Brasil Ltda (22.5% WI) in Atapu.
This payment relates to the additional earnout compensation for fiscal year 2025.
