These laws aim to strengthen the protection process to make it more agile and guarantee access to justice, establishing clear deadlines and timeframes, according to Mexico’s president Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo who emphasized that the purpose of this package of secondary laws is to speed up justice and prevent abuses by tax debtors, particularly those who postpone tax payments through protection proceedings.
