SALVADOR DE BAHIA, BRAZIL (By Pedro Silva, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Aug.2025, Words: 124) — Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC advised Brava Energia about the change in its position denominated in the oil and gas company’s common shares.
In aggregate form, Goldman advised on 22 Aug. 2025 that it has a stake, through cash settled derivatives, equivalent to 22,486,049 common shares issued by Brava, corresponding to 4.84% of the capital stock.
Additionally, Goldman Sachs said it has physically settled instruments equivalent to 7,343,876 common shares issued by the company, corresponding to 1.58% of the capital stock, Brava announced on 25 Aug. 2025 in an official statement.
