ATLANTA, GEORGIA (By Chad Archey, Energy Analytics Institute, 30.Jun.2025, Words: 217) — JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. successfully delivered its high-efficiency Tiger Neo modules to support the construction of Spain’s newly inaugurated Segovia solar cluster.
Developed by ib vogt, the large-scale project spans 666 hectares in the Castile and León region and comprises 4 utility-scale solar parks, one of the country’s largest solar developments and a clear example of the central role solar plays in Spain’s decarbonization strategy, the Chinese company announced on 30 Jun. 2025 in an official statement.
JinkoSolar’s high-efficiency N-type TOPCon modules were deployed across all 4 sites, delivering a combined 513 MWp of clean, renewable energy generation capacity.
“The Segovia cluster stands as a flagship of what strong partnerships and shared ambition can achieve,” JinkoSolar VP Europe Frank Niendorf said in the statement.
“Spain continues to lead Europe’s clean energy transition, and we’re proud to contribute our high-performance Tiger Neo technology — selected for its superior efficiency, bifacial yield, and long-term reliability. Our integrated supply chain ensured smooth, timely delivery across this milestone project. It also reflects the strength of our collaboration with ib vogt — built on shared values of excellence, trust, and sustainability — and reinforces JinkoSolar’s role as a trusted technology partner in Europe’s energy future,” Niendorf said.
