Woodside inks non-binding collaboration agreement with Aramco

HOUSTON, TEXAS (Editors at Energy Analytics Institute, 14.May.2025, Words: 234) — Woodside Energy Ltd and Aramco entered into a non-binding collaboration agreement to explore global opportunities, including Aramco’s potential acquisition of an equity interest in and LNG offtake from the Louisiana LNG project. 

Both companies are also exploring opportunities for a potential collaboration in lower-carbon ammonia.
