New Pacific said Andrew Williams will be stepping down as CEO and director of the co. effective 15 Apr. 2025. The co. has appointed Jalen Yuan, the co.’s current CFO, as interim CEO. Chester Xie, the co.’s current financial controller, has been appointed interim CFO, New Pacific said on 31 Mar. 2025 in an official stmt. Yuan has been the CFO of the co. for 10 yrs and has deep knowledge of New Pacific’s Bolivian operations, providing continuity during this transition.
