BELIZE CITY, BELIZE (Aaron Simonsky, Energy Analytics Institute, 26.Mar.2025) — Brava Energia S.A. informed the market regarding the change in the position of BTG Pactual WM Gestão de Recursos LTDA (BTG WM) denominated in the company’s common shares.
In a 25 Mar. 2025, BTG WM informed the CVM that, in its capacity as manager, has reached the position of 24,278,484 common shares issued by Brava, corresponding to 5.23% of the capital stock, Brava announced on 26 Mar. 2025 in an official statement.
