HOUSTON, TEXAS (Ofelia Paredes, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Mar.2025) — TechnipFMC announced it has been awarded a major integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (iEPCI™) contract by Shell plc for its Gato do Mato greenfield development offshore Brazil.
TechnipFMC — a technology provider to the traditional and new energy industries, delivering fully integrated projects, products, and services — classifies a “major” contract as 1 with a value that exceeds $1bn, the company announced on 25 Mar. 2025 in an official statement.
This award will be included in inbound orders in the first-quarter 2025, the company said.
