(Energy Analytics Institute, 20.Dec.2024) — SBM Offshore reached an agreement with Cierco Energy to divest all of its shares in Floventis Energy Ltd.
SBM Offshore has acquired valuable knowledge through its partnership to develop the Llyr projects in the UK and the Cademo project in the US, the company said 20 Dec. 2024 in an official statement.
“The company remains optimistic about the vast potential for sustainable growth of the floating wind sector and is concentrating its efforts on larger scale projects,” SBM Offshore said in the statement.
