(Energy Analytics Institute, 1.Nov.2024) — Product Recovery Management, Inc. (PRM)—a manufacturer of environmental treatment equipment, focusing on the environmental remediation and landfill gas markets—acquired Marianna, Florida-based LMS Manufacturing and Metal Fabrication.
PRM announced the deal 1 Nov. 2024 in an official statement but did not provide any financial details.
PRM’s acquisition of LMS Manufacturing strengthens PRM’s presence in the Southeast US. The deal also enhances PRM’s capabilities with a skilled team of mechanical and electrical engineers, designers, fabricators, and field technicians with more than 100 years of combined experience in environmental remediation, the company said in the statement.
