(Energy Analytics Institute, 22.Aug.2022) — Guyana’s Ministry of Natural Resources announced that the country’s oil production data is now available for public consumption.

The data is available via the ministry’s Petroleum Management Programme website. The website was created in 2021 to provide information and updates relating to Guyana’s oil sector related to and not limited to topics such as local content, the country’s gas-to-energy project as well as production reports via the data visualization center, the ministry announced 22 August 2022 in an official statement.

Users can easily access production data by both the Liza Destiny and Unity floating production storage and offloading (FPSOs) vessels; reinjected and flared natural gas; gas production; water production and water injection. The data is updated monthly following the auditing of production reports issued to the government by ExxonMobil’s local affiliate Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited, operator of the prolific offshore Stabroek Block.
