(Petrobras, 11.Aug.2022) — Petrobras, following up on the release disclosed on 20 July 2022, informs that it received a official letter from the Ministry of Economy (ME) today, at 09:25 a.m., ratifying the nomination by the controlling shareholder of Mr. Ricardo Soriano de Alencar for the company’s Board of Directors, to be submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) called for 19 August 2022.
The Manual of the EGM was resubmitted on this date to inform about the receipt of this official letter (Attachment VII of the Manual) and is available on the website https://www.investidorpetrobras.com.br/en/shares-dividends-and-debts/assemblies-and-meetings/ and on the CVM website (http://www.cvm.gov.br).
