— Hess Corporation (NYSE: HES) announced publication of its annual sustainability rpt, which provides a comprehensive review of the co.’s strategy and performance on environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs and initiatives.

— ProFrac Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PFHC) successfully completed its acquisition of SP Silica of Monahans, LLC and SP Silica Sales, LLC (collectively, “Monahans”), the West Texas subsidiaries of Signal Peak Silica, for approximately $90mn, the co. said 25 Jul. 2022 in an official stmt. ProFrac also entered into an amendment to that certain Term Loan Credit Facility, increasing the size of the Term Loan Credit Facility from $302.4mn outstanding as of 20 Jul., to $452.4mn outstanding w/ the presently uncommitted option to obtain commitments for potentially an additional $100mn of delayed draw loans.

— Frontera Energy Corporation (TSX: FEC) revealed that its 2Q:22 results will be released after markets close on Tuesday 9 Aug. 2022. A conf. call for investors and analysts will be held on Wednesday 10 Aug. at 10am EST, the co. announced 25 Jul. in an official stmt. Participants will include Gabriel de Alba, Chairman of the BODs, Orlando Cabrales, CEO, René Burgos, CFO, and other members of the senior mgmt team.
