(Energy Analytics Institute, 30.Jul.2021) — Argentina’s state entity YPF Sociedad Anónima announced several changes in the first level of its senior management structure.
YPF revealed the details on 30 July 2021 in an official statement, highlighting the following:
— Designation of Mr. José Gustavo Medele as Services Vice President to replace Mr. Carlos Alfonsi.
— Changing the Human Resources Vice Presidency into the People and Culture Vice Presidency.
— Designation of Ms. Florencia Tiscornia as People and Culture Vice President to replace Mr. José Gustavo Medele.
— Changing of the Environment, Health and Security Vice Presidency into the Sustainability, Environment, Health and Security Vice Presidency in charge of Mr. Gustavo Adolfo Chaab.
— Creation of the Digital Technologies Vice Presidency which will be overseen by Mr. Sergio Fernández Mena, who will report directly to the General Manager (Chief Executive Officer)
