(Petrobras, 15.Mar.2021) — Petrobras, in relation to the pieces of news published in the media, informs that its People Committee will hold a meeting tomorrow and, until this moment, among the items on its agenda, there is the analysis of Mr. Joaquim Silva e Luna´s appointment for Petrobras, with the possibility or not of a manifestation of this Committee on this date, in line with the role provided for in Article 21, paragraph 4, of the company’s Bylaws.
The company will keep the market informed in case there is a Committee’s manifestation.
