Petrobras Cancels 2020 Shareholders’ Meeting

(Petrobras, 7.Apr.2020) — Petrobras informs that, in view of the current situation arising from the new coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and the restrictions imposed or recommended by the WHO and the authorities regarding displacement and meetings of people, the Company’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved the cancellation of the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) previously called for April 27, 2020, rendering null and void its Call Notice, published in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro and in Valor Econômico on 03/27/2020, 03/30/2020 and 03/31/2020 , as well as the disclosed remote voting bulletins, Manual of Participation in Meetings and Management Proposal.

The new date of the Ordinary General Meeting will be defined in due course in accordance with Provisional Measure No.931/2020 and CVM Resolution No.849/2020. In relation to the Financial Statements for the year 2019, the company reiterates its disclosure to the market made on February 19, 2020.
