(Energy Analytics Institute, Jared Yamin, 19.Jan.2020) — Officials with Mexico’s state oil company Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) visited three wells: Xikin, Xanab and Tlacame 3. The latter was drilled using the Kukulkán platform, owned by Pemex and operated 100% by Pemex employees.
