Brazil’s Petrobras Prepays Debts

(Petrobras, 18.Mar.2019) — Petrobras informs that on Mar. 15 it prepaid Export Credit Notes with Banco do Brasil, in the amount of R$ 7.0 billion, with maturity in 2022.

The transaction is in line with Petrobras’ Resilience Plan and the company’s liability management strategy to improve the amortization profile and cost of debt, taking into account its deleveraging target set forth in its Business and Management Plan 2019-2023.
