Kootenay says 60,000m Columba project program advances in Chihuahua, Mexico

MONTERREY, MEXICO (By Isaac Silvestre, Editores Latin Petroleum, 22.Sep.2026, Words: 136) — Kootenay Silver Inc. reported assay results from expansion drilling along the Lupe Vein at its Columba high-grade silver project in Chihuahua, Mexico. 

The results include high-grade silver intercepts within broader mineralized zones and additional intersections in the nearby B2, D and G vein systems.

Kootenay has completed more than 30,000m of its staged 60,000m drill program. Results from 51 holes have now been reported, the company announced on 22 Sep. 2026 in an official statement. 

Drilling has outlined the Lupe Vein system over approximately 520 m of strike and 450m of vertical extent, and it remains open for expansion, Kootenay said.
