PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 2.May.2022) — TechnipFMC has been awarded an additional contract and received notice to proceed by ExxonMobil affiliate Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited for its Yellowtail development in the Stabroek Block offshore Guyana.
The newly announced significant(1) flexibles contract covers 6 risers which are qualified for high pressure and high temperature. Importantly, TechnipFMC classifies a “significant” contract as 1 valued between $75mn-$250mn and a “large” contract as 1 valued between $500mn-$1bn.
