RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL (By Brava, 6.Aug.2026, Words: 248) â Brava Energia S.A., in compliance with the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has entered into a new agreement for the purchase and sale of crude oil produced by PetroReconcavo S.A. in the Potiguar asset, consolidating the commercial and operational terms between the parties.

The new agreement represents an evolution of the relationship built between the parties over the past years and constitutes an important commercial and strategic milestone, by establishing, for the first time, a long-term partnership, increasing the predictability and stability of commercialization flows.

The agreement will be effective from 1 Oct. 2026 to 31 Dec. 2030, with the commercial amendments currently in effect remaining valid until the Agreement becomes effective, as disclosed in the notice to the market released on May 7, 2026.
Additionally, the agreement provides for the reciprocal commitment to purchase and sell at least 50% of PetroReconcavoâs net oil production from the fields of the Potiguar asset.Â

The agreement also incorporates relevant improvements to the commercial and operational terms of the partnership, including enhancements to the pricing methodology, the maintenance of price components linked to market indicators of the refining activity, and mechanisms that more appropriately reflect the characteristics of the oil produced in the Potiguar asset.

Together, these elements strengthen incentives for operational efficiency, promote greater alignment between market conditions and the commercialization of production, and expand value-capture opportunities for both parties.
