PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Feb.2025) — Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch closed a syndicated committed credit facility for GeoPark Colombia SAS, a subsidiary of Canada-based GeoPark Limited.
At year-end 2024, Bladex and BTG Pactual led the second syndicated committed credit facility for GeoPark for $100mn. In addition to Bladex and BTG Pactual, 4 other banks participated in this transaction, Bladex said 25 Feb. 2025 in an official statement.
