HOUSTON, TEXAS (Editors at Energy Analytics Institute, 21.Feb.2025) — Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC notified Brava Energy SA about a change in its position denominated in the company’s common shares.
On 20 Feb. 2025, Goldman Sachs said in aggregate it had a stake, through cash settled derivatives, equivalent to 22,845,939 common shares issued by Brava, corresponding to 4.92% of the capital stock, the Brazilian company announced 21 Feb. 2025 in an official statement.
Additionally, Goldman has physically settled instruments equivalent to 7,541,600 common shares issued by Brava, corresponding to 1.62% of the capital stock.
