Henry Hub, JKM and TTF Inch Higher

(Energy Analytics Institute, 21.Nov.2024) — The Henry Hub spot price rose 24 cents to $2.34 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) on 20 Nov. 2024 compared to $2.10/MMBtu on 13 Nov. 2024, according to the US-based Energy Information Administration (EIA).

The weekly average front-month futures prices for liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes in East Asia (the Japan/Korea Marker) rose 63 cents to a weekly average of $14.17/MMBtu compared to $16.83/MMBtu for the week ending 22 Nov. 2023, the EIA said 21 Nov. 2024 in a statement on its website, citing data from Bloomberg Finance, L.P. 

Also, natural gas futures for delivery at the Title Transfer Facility (TTF) in the Netherlands rose 90 cents to a weekly average of $14.38/MMBtu compared to $14.41/MMBtu for the week ending 22 Nov. 2023. 

The EIA also said that natural gas deliveries to US LNG export facilities averaged 14.2 Bcf/d, or 0.1 Bcf/d higher than the prior week.
