(Petrobras, 29.Mar.2021) — Petrobras, regarding the pieces of news in the media, clarifies that today the Executive Manager of Human Resources was dismissed from the company for having failed to comply with the Policy of Disclosure of Material Act or Fact and of Securities Trading, which prohibits the negotiation of securities issued by Petrobras by Related Persons in the 15 days prior to the disclosure of the company’s financial statements. The executive also leaves the position of member of the Board of Directors of Petrobras Transporte S.A. (Transpetro), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Pedro Brancante, chief of the CEO´s office, will occupy the position as interim until a new executive is appointed to the position.
