(Petrobras, 21.Jan.2021) — Petrobras, regarding the news published in the media, about Ultrapar Participações S.A.’s proposal to acquire Refinaria Alberto Pasqualini (REFAP), in Rio Grande do Sul, clarifies that the values published in the newspaper Valor Econômico are not correct. As disclosed on 19 January 2021, the company is in the negotiation phase with Ultrapar, with negotiations including terms, conditions and values in progress.
Petrobras reinforces its commitment with wide transparency of its divestment projects and portfolio management and informs that the subsequent stages will be disclosed to the market in accordance with the company’s Divestment Guidelines and the Decree 9,188/2017.
