(Petrobras, 24.Jun.2020) — Petrobras, regarding to the news published in the media, clarifies that the date to receive the binding proposals for the divestment project of the Landulpho Alves refinery (RLAM) in Bahia is tomorrow, 25 June 2020.
Facts deemed relevant on the matter and other portfolio management projects of the company will be disclosed to the market on a timely basis under the terms of the applicable legislation and the guidelines established in Petrobras’ Divestment System.
