(Petrobras, 30.Apr.2019) — Petrobras reports that it filed today the Reference Form (“Formulário de Referência”) for the financial year 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, “CVM”), in compliance with CVM Instruction no. 480/09.
The Reference Form can be accessed over the internet on the CVM website (www.cvm.gov.br) or on the company’s website (http://www.petrobras.com.br/ri).
