(Petrobras, 17.Apr.2019) — Petrobras says it has received correspondence from Caixa Econômica Federal informing that it is studying the possibility of selling shares that they hold issued by Petrobras, having formed a syndicate of financial and legal advisors to evaluate viable alternatives, with the possibility of holding a secondary public offering of shares (follow on) registered in Brazil and the United States.
Accordingly, Caixa requests the cooperation of the company, its executives and advisors, so that the information and documents required for the study under preparation are available, pursuant to the applicable Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.
