PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 3.Apr.2025) — EP Petroecuador received international ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications for its operations in the Galapagos Islands. This, following a 5-month external audit conducted by Bureau Veritas in which key aspects of the state-owned company’s environmental management and occupational safety were evaluated.
The certified facilities include the Isabela LPG Service Station and Depot, the Puerto Ayora LPG Service Station, Distribution, and Storage Center, the San Cristóbal LPG Service Station and Depot, and the Baltra Clean Products Depot, EP Petroecuador announced on 3 Apr. 2025 in an official statement.
